The High Desert Lodge debuts the Nehalem, a brand new floor plan in the Pahlisch lineup. It spans 2,284 square feet with four bedrooms and two and a half baths, set on Petrosa's first south-facing lot in Phase 6 (which means natural light pours in all day long!).
Inside, a full-height masonry fireplace will anchor the great room beneath dark wood beams. Light quartz counters will contrast a deep espresso cabinetry. Matte black hardware will catch your eye with natural materials like stone and wood at every turn.
The result is heritage cabin, a quietly elevated home that will feel rugged and refined at the same time.

The Minds Behind The Lodge
Every detail of the High Desert Lodge started with a partnership. Lead designer Andrew Fisher set the vision: a deliberate departure from the light and airy looks of past Tour of Homes builds, reaching instead for vintage American recreation and the warmth of a grand mountain lodge.
From there, home stager Leighton Elizabeth brought it to life, layering old with new (patina metals, worn leather, and vintage textiles against clean contemporary pieces) until the rooms felt less like a model and more like a home with a story to tell.
Their shorthand for the whole vibe? Ralph Lauren meets the High Desert.
